My name is Chad and I welcome you to my page. This blog will discuss various aspects of culinary art, in the sense of being both well styled meals, appetizers, desserts, etc. and also in the sense of visual presentation.  I remember working in a kitchen when I was much younger one quote that always stuck with me, “You can make great tasting food but a huge part of it is about presentation. A restaurant can have amazing food, but if it doesn’t look appetizing then people won’t go there.”
