Sometimes its Best to go Simple for Dessert

Well after the dinner I had created last night, which itself was a fair chore (made a squash soup that gets cooked in the oven inside the squash and the main course was pan seared Tilapia in a citrus-butter sauce with rice and grilled asparagus).

I decided a dessert more on the easier to create side was in order. Its simple enough to do chocolate covered strawberries and then to add a but of contrast to the chocolatey flavor I thin sliced a kiwi. Of course its also nice to have a small glass of port to wash it all down.
