Some whole-grain Pasta

Whole grain pasta I had made with Black trumpets and Morels. Needed some drying time but ready to go. Some type of dish to come next week.

  1. It’s not at the edible point yet, this was after it dried (fresh pasta when made is a bit moist)- why it looks crispy. The nice thing with fresh pasta is it will only need 3-5 minutes of boiling time to cook. Some of the photographs from your travels are absolutely beautiful. Look forward to reading some more of them.
